Calendar Form

The Allocation Calendar form is an overview of distributions by month and GL component . You can select any GL component (i.e. grant, lab or account) and the screen will reformat to match your selection. You can also filter down to a single component value. Actuals are displayed in black. Encumbrances are red and italicized (Nov and Dec).  As you can see from the shortcut menu (white menu box that is displayed when you right click the calendar) this form is an easy place to perform routine maintenance. From here you can perform an adjustment, analyze the data in Excel, view employee data, find GL component details, or view the ledger entries that make up the summary figures displayed.
