Register Form

This is the ALE register form. Each line represents a posted batch. The menu box in the lower right corner is accessed by right clicking the mouse. This shortcut menu is accessible from any data grid (data grids look like spreadsheets). Some menu items are on every grid (like export to Excel) and others are context sensitive.  Notice you can view batch details by drilling down in several directions: you can view the source data (import details - for example raw payroll data); the ALE ledger entries; and the results (summary entries exported to the GL). You can also delete a batch if it has not been exported to the GL.
