Report Form

Although individual reports have different selection criteria, this is a good example of an ALE report generator form. The selection criteria is on the top and the report is previewed in the bottom right pane. These reports can be formatted for employee, grant, or lab. The user can filter the results down to specific employees or GL cost centers. The tree on the left allows you to quickly locate a specific page. Most summary reports allow you to click on a figure to drill down to the supporting detail. All reports fit on standard 81/2 by 11 paper and can be exported to pdf, spreadsheet, word processor or a web page. Additionally, end users can create their own reports and add them to the system.
